THE Saturday Work Day

Today was a day for work projects at MVM. Kids were painting the new retreat dorm and themselves, parents were running around Atlacomulco getting supplies, the electrical engineers were struggling with the front gate openers and fixing doors in the new dorm, kids helped organize the materials for VBS, curtains were being sewn, shower curtain rods were being installed. A busy day with still time for fun including games like Pit. Biggest success of the day was getting the gate openers to work, proud moment for parents as kids worked without much direct parental supervision, day concluded with family sharing time and a devotions. It was a productive day! Tomorrow VBS starts with more work projects in the afternoon.
